TheHomesFinder - All The Housing Information You Need

The idea of TheHomesFinder crossed my mind after I spent days trying to find a new apartment.

I love Craigslist for the enormous information it holds, but when it comes to finding a place to live it’s too difficult to use - Open the ad, try to understand where exactly the property is, look at the picture for initial filter – it takes forever and you could never tell if you got the best property, or is there a property in a better spot that you just missed.

So I built a method to help me find the exact location of the offered properties, providing an easier way of presenting the pictures and I used it for finding my new apartment.

When I find the place I wanted I realized that my work is not over yet.

I needed to hire a moving company, and I heard horrible stories about moving companies’ scams, so I didn’t know how to choose the right moving company.

Using the internet I browsed through dozens of moving company sites, read hundreds of reviews until I came up with a list of moving companies I can trust.

I did the same for finding a constructor, choosing the best insurance – it was a tedious process.

Then the idea struck me: Why not to assist fellow home seekers by giving them access to the same kind of information and tools I used? Why not equip them with as much information as possible about their most important investment — their home?

So TheHomesFinder was born, with the goal of helping people make smarter real estate decisions and provide them with as much information as I can from finding the exact spot of their new home, provide neighborhood information, assist with finding a trustworthy moving company, home insurance and everything related to moving to a new place.
